Shipping + Handling
Thank you for shopping with Pupwell. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our procedures and guidelines.
Order processing
All orders are fulfilled within 3 business days Monday - Friday. Shipments are picked up daily Monday - Friday.
We have a fantastic fulfillment team that ships out orders from Bountiful, Utah. We do not offer local pickup, but if you’re local you should be getting your order within a week of ordering!
Estimated delivery time
After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time for orders shipped via ground shipping is typically 2-5 days. Certain circumstances, such as inclement weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
Shipping costs
Shipping within the US is a flat fee of $7. Orders within the US over $99 qualify for free shipping.
You can pay extra for priority shipping which will be calculated at checkout. Shipping and duties for international orders will be determined at checkout.
Shipping carriers and methods
We utilize USPS, UPS, and DHL as our shipping carriers. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options for your convenience.
International orders
We utilize the shipping service DHL for international orders. Your order total will include all duties and fees associated with your order.
Tracking and notifications
You will receive an e-mail when your order is being prepared to ship, followed by your tracking number when it is out.
Shipping protection (Checkout+)
We offer optional package protection at checkout to cover lost or damaged packages. If you choose to opt out of Checkout+, please note that your order will not be eligible for coverage in the event of loss or damage during transit.
If you have a shipping problem, you have 30 days from the date the order was placed to file a claim here or reach out to our customer service team at hello@pupwell.com. Any issues outside the 30 days are not eligible for assistance.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or damaged during transit and you have purchased package protection, please contact our team with your order details and we will assist you in filing a claim and arranging for a replacement or refund. Orders without package protection are not eligible for coverage, and we encourage customers to consider the protection option for added peace of mind.
