Thank you for shopping with Pupwell. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
For peace of mind, we have a 30-day return policy.
This means you have 30 days to decide if you love your product or to return it. We guarantee products & education you can love & trust.
There is a $4.98 restocking & return fee on all returns, unless you purchase return & package protection with our Checkout+.
By checking out with return & package protection, you receive:
- A free return shipping label
- The restocking & return fee waived
- Protection against lost, stolen, or damaged packages due to shipping issues
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery for next steps. We'd much rather replace the item for you free of charge!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final-sale items or gift cards. All shipping and Checkout+ (return & package protection) costs are ineligible for refunds.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange the item you purchased for another item on our site, we recommend you return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This allows our team to get your new product to you more quickly.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. It usually takes about a week to process a return, as long as they are shipped quickly back to us. We don't get many returns so they are usually done on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays..
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
