You will not pay return shipping if you have purchased redo protection at checkout. If you did not, there will be a return shipping fee.
Usually about a week as long as they are shipped quickly back to us. We don't get many returns so they are usually done on m/w/f.
I’m happy to share that the small hole you’re seeing in the middle of the brush is actually part of the design.
It’s not a missing bristle — that hole is there to allow air flow and make the brush 100% waterproof. It helps prevent water from getting trapped inside, which keeps the brush clean and long-lasting.
